What We Offer

Permanent Placements

PERM or permanent staffing is intended to fill the role permanently. Perm or regular employees are directly employed by company on company payroll. The PERM employee often receives health insurance, paid vacation, holidays, sick leaves, contribution to retirement investment plan like 401K. There is no predefined end date to the employment. Employee can switch job roles within the same company.

Contract Staffing

Contract staffing is the term used to recruit resource on a contract for a stipulated period as agreed upon in the contract. The resource is facilitated by a third party (recruiting firms in many cases) to a company for a specific time period. This helps organizations to expand teams efficiently and with no loss of time for their short and long term needs. This type of contract can take place between one company which is most probably a staffing firm and an individual or between two companies.

Contract to Hire Resources

Contract to Hire staffing is a hybrid of temporary and direct hire, it is a way for clients and talent to test the waters. A candidate is hired for a job position on a temporary basis for a predetermined period with an intention to hire contractor as a permanent employee after evaluating his/her skills and capabilities. During the contract period, the talent is employed by the staffing firm. Clients outline the terms – how talent will be evaluated and when the contract period ends.

Rapid Hiring

Rapid Hiring is hiring resource on a “shortest” or “spontaneous” term contract. The contract takes place between the contractor and a staffing company and also between staffing company and the hiring company. The resource is usually on the staffing company’s payroll or as per client’s choice.

Freelance Resources

Freelance staffing: Staffing for a freelance job is one where a person works for themselves, rather than for a company. Such resources work on a project-by-project basis. Freelancers do take on contract work for multiple companies. Unlike temporary employees they are not employed by a company or staffing firm, but are ultimately self-employed. Freelancers are responsible for all sorts of compliances that traditional employees are not, such as setting their work hours, keeping track of time spent on different projects, billing clients, and paying their own employment and business taxes. Freelancers are not considered “employees” by the companies they work for, but rather “contractors.” They are independent contractors that are part of the contingent workforce.

Off-shore Staffing

Offshore staffing stands for the relocation of business operations from one country to another in search of better growth and productivity. It is also known as offshore staff leasing and employee leasing. It is like local staff hiring except for the recruitment process. The offshoring company, on behalf of the client, does the setting up and actual operations. Staff leasing company offers online marketing, bookkeeping, IT development, web design and more. The work is being performed by an external company in another country overseas. Many people simply refer to this as "offshoring." Offshoring is taking place all over the world. The more common locations are India, China, the Philippines, Eastern Europe and South America.
